Dia doesn't work well on Japanese OS

Hi

I tried to use Dia on Windows.
I installed version 0.94 for WIN32 and my os is Windows XP Pro Version
2002 SP2.
Everytime I start Dia, there is a warning in console:

I/O warning : failed to load external entity "NULL"

But it seems it doesn't hurt me. But when I tried to save the file, it
opens the "Save Diagram" window. And it crashes when I try to enter a
directory which includes Japanese directories or files. The error
message is

GLib-ERROR **: gmem.c:140: failed to allocate 2147483649 bytes aborting...

I am a freshman of Dia. I need your help.
