Where are the Daily Snapshots?

On the page
   "http://www.gnome.org/projects/dia/develop.html";
it is said that
       "Snapshots are generated daily by the Dia ChangeLog Daemon and 
stored here:
       http://www.crans.org/~chepelov/dia/snapshots.";

But it looks like the snapshots or not there.

Are they somewhere else, or are they no longer generated?
Unfortunately, our firewall does not allow access to CVS servers...

It would be a good idea to update the website accordingly.
