Goals for Dia 1.0

I have set up a page on the Dia TWiki about the goals I have for Dia
1.0.  Some of them have been discussed here and in bug reports, we will
need to collect those thoughts, too.  Of course, there's also a lot of
minor things, bug fixes, streamlining, such stuff, but these are the
things I really want looked into for 1.0.
