dia version 0.92, for win32.. os: win98.. started it by running the desktop
icon, which just runs, C:\PROGRA~1\DIA\BIN\DIA.BAT
Could you try to
* Install 0.92.2-1
* Start dia.exe instead of dia.bat
Does one of these options solve the problem?
Is there something like "run in folder" specified in the shortcut?
