help with --enable-gnome (patch)



In order to get help to work with --enable-gnome i needed some changes
(patch below). Furthermore, gnome seems to look for Dia.html, so I had
to make a symlink Dia.html -> index.html to make that work. I didn't
hack up the makefile change needed for that though.
