0.9.1-pre* Win32 text height question

Quick question to any who's tried the 0.9.1 Win32 prereleases:  If you have
a text object with multiple lines, does the line distance depend on the
font or only on the font height?  In other words, if you set font height to
1.0 cm, will the lines be 1.0 cm apart regardless of font choice?  I know
this differs between PangoFT2 and PangoXFT/PangoX, I need to know what it
does on PangoWin32.
