New prerelease: 0.91-pre2

A week of freely flowing bug reports has led us the second prerelease of
Dia (0.91-pre2): http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/dia/0.91/
It is currently making its way to the mirror sites.  Please test it and see
if you can find bugs in there.
