No, Emacs uses Meta & Control. Unfortunately on Linux Alt is normaly
mapped to Meta.
If you happen to have a keyboard with Windows keys, they usually map to
Hyper. The only sensible use for them is to have them be the WM modifier
key.
No, the only sensible use is to remap the Windows keys to Meta.
