Error compiling dia cvs version

Hi, 

I am a newbie for Linux. I got the following error
when compiling dia:

I use RH7.2, and gcc is 2.96, autoconf is 2.13,
automake is 1.4-p5, libtool is 1.4. 

./configure is ok after I intall intltool.

Can any one help me out? Thanks!
