Re: how do you rotate an object?

Dia cannot arbitrarily rotate objects, as is noted in the FAQ at

I believe this very question, with regard to logic gates, has come up
on the mailing list before. Someone who needed these rotated shapes
would be doing many people a favor by taking the time to create and
add them to the logic sheet.

OK. I will try to do this. I have done the buffer so far creating
buffer_left, buffer_right, and buffer down. (The original buffer
points up.)

My non-english languages skills are not good enough for me to do any
translations, so I would ask someone to add the equivalent of
``pointing up'' ``pointing down'', etc. to Logic.sheet when I finish.

I used dia (naturally) to create the png icons, but don't know how to
make them light up on mouse-over they wa the original buffer.png
does. If someone could tell me how that is done, I will do it.

Is someone willing to test my results? Once the buffer is considered
acceptable, I will move on to the others. I suspect that if there is
something that I am doing wrong, the error will occur in all the
shapes so I would prefer to catch it now.

README-ajg contains.
