End of new modules proposal period

Hi,

Since the release team didn't send a reminder about the end of the new
modules proposal period, we thought it'd be better to extend this period
a bit and send a real reminder to avoid possible confusions.

The new modules proposal period will end on Wednesday October 25th at
23:59 UTC.

More informations on the procedure for proposed modules are available

Also, maintainers of proposed modules should make sure their modules are
listed in the relevant wiki pages (for example, 2.17 desktop suite page:
http://live.gnome.org/TwoPointSeventeen/Desktop) with all the details
(module name, link to cvs, branch to use in cvs, maintainers names,
etc.)

Integration in jhbuild and GARNOME also helps people to test the
proposed modules, and is strongly encouraged :-)
