Bugzilla is back up.

During the downtime some people might have received a 'you have been
banned from Bugzilla' message. That was an incorrect message caused by
the downtime. If weren't banned before the move, you are not banned now.

In case you cannot access Bugzilla using:
  http://bugzilla.gnome.org/
use the following (which will stay active for a few days):
  http://box.gnome.org/
