Glib and Pango HEAD in Gnome 2.14

Hi,
This was announced on d-d-l with no objections a couple months ago[1],
but it was pointed out to us that there are might be some people who
don't follow desktop-devel-list who might need to be made aware of
this (sorry for not having done so sooner...), so:
Gnome 2.14 will use Glib and Pango HEAD instead of the glib-2-8 and
pango-1-10 branches. This is mostly for performance improvements[2],
but there is some new API as well.
