Glib and Pango HEAD in Gnome 2.14

Hi,

This was announced on d-d-l with no objections a couple months ago[1],
but it was pointed out to us that there are might be some people who
don't follow desktop-devel-list who might need to be made aware of
this (sorry for not having done so sooner...), so:

Gnome 2.14 will use Glib and Pango HEAD instead of the glib-2-8 and
pango-1-10 branches. This is mostly for performance improvements[2],
but there is some new API as well.

note that the module list was also updated on the wiki
(http://live.gnome.org/TwoPointThirteen/Platform) shortly thereafter,
and the change has been reflected in our development releases
(http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/gnome/platform/2.13/)
