[gnome-desktop-testing] Bazaar import of SVN module

Good morning,

I have requested (and it has been approved) an import of the SVN module
into Bazaar [1]

The main module will always be the SVN at the GNOME servers, but this
import occurs every day, and it maintains the Bazaar branch
synchronized. 

Having a bazaar branch will make collaboration easier. Instead of having
to submit patches for review, you will be able to have your own branch
and to request merges.

I hope that this feature will encourage people to add new applications
to the framework and to collaborate with the framework itself.
