There has been some reports that the email field errors with "Valid
email address required" for the phone number field. Reloading the page
seems to fix it, unfortunately I cannot see anything wrong with the
form from my side.

For those that do not want to use Google docs, sending an email to
soc-admins gnome org with the info should be fine too, although it
will require us to write down the info in the form ourselves, so it's
an overhead for us (alternative suggestions for next year are more
than welcome). The information you need to send is: irc nick, irc
channel, GMail email, alternative email for communication (optional)
and phone number.
