Projects page on wiki

So we have this great projects page but it seems we need to clean up as a lot of them seem inactive.  I will likely go through them and post the list that i believe are unmaintained and then get approval.  If you want to help, please do. :-)  I don't want people to waste their time looking at projects that no longer exist.
