"remote: Can't connect to server: Connection refused" when pushing

Hi,

Anyone know what's up with this error:

$ git push
Counting objects: 4, done.

remote: Can't connect to server: Connection refused
To ssh://git.gnome.org/git/jhbuild
   78516ed..ffa8263  master -> master

It's not blocking pushes so it SEEMS harmless, but looks like some
server hook is broken.
