libgnomekbd development

Hi,

I have several patches for libgnomekbd[1], I submitted some of them to
bugzilla[2,3,4] but nobody seems to have commented on them in more
than a year.

How do I have to proceed to have them reviewed and possibly merged?
Sergey, do you still maintain libgnomekbd?
