Reminder: three weeks until UI freeze

Hi all,

Just a reminder that UI freeze starts on 16 March - which is three
weeks from now. If you have any new features or UI changes that you
would like reviewing, feel free get in touch and I'll take a look.

Also, don't forget to take a look over the list of target bugs [1], if
you haven't already.
