JHBuild: how to fetch always the latest version of a module?

Hi,

I'm updating a moduleset to build GIMP with all its
dependencies. In my builds I'd like to use always
their latest stable versions.
Currently we have a solution that is updated manually
every now and then, but I'd like to avoid this extra step
and rather focus on development etc.
How can I configure JHBuild or my modules to do this?
