Yeah, sorry, I meant that *Documents* is a single-window app. Completely misspoke.

Also, if you insert a USB drive, and click in the gnome-shell dialog
to open it with Files, it opens in a new window by default. So GNOME
itself as a system treats Files as a multiple-window application.
