Introducing realmd

Hey guys,

As part of the User Identities work [1] I've made a new DBus system
service called realmd (pronounced realm-DEE) which manages setup of
Active Directory or Kerberos logins on the machine.

The source code is hanging out here for now:

In the future the plan is for gnome-control-center to use the DBus
interfaces provided by realmd [1].
