PulseAudio 2.0 is available for Ubuntu care of "Ubuntu Audio Dev team"'s
PPA at ppa:ubuntu-audio-dev/ppa ,

We've been running it for a while on various systems; the improvement in
stability using 2.0 has been very impressive.
