Git: URLs to determine doap file as well as the pushlog

1. If you want to see who pushed a certain change (userid), you can now
use an URL like:
  http://git.gnome.org/log/MODULE
for example:
  http://git.gnome.org/log/gnome-terminal   for the gnome-terminal module


2. If you want to have a copy of a modules DOAP file, you can now use an
URL like:
  http://git.gnome.org/doap/MODULE
for example:
  http://git.gnome.org/doap/gnome-terminal  for the gnome-terminal module
Note: This will have a copy of the last valid doap file. An invalid doap
file cannot be uploaded anymore, but there could be repositories which
still have an invalid doap file.


Other special locations:
3. List of all modules:
   http://git.gnome.org/repositories.txt

4. All doap files combined in one:
   http://git.gnome.org/repositories.doap
