Attention GtkTreeModelSort and GtkTreeModelFilter users

Hi all,

I have just merged a branch into GTK+ master which fixes quite some
stuff around GtkTreeModelSort and GtkTreeModelFilter.  For the gory
details, please refer to [1].  If your application is a heavy user of
one or more of these models, now would be a good time to test your
code with GTK+ master for any regressions.  In case you encounter any
regressions, please file a bug, preferably with a stand-alone test
case that demonstrates the issue because we can incorporate such test
cases in our unit tests.
