Gconf compiled without ORBit support by default

Hello,

This mail is to notice that GConf is compiled without ORBit support by
default in our 3.2 modulesets [1]. This is what major distributions
are already doing for their next major releases.

This also means that the deprecated ORBit2 and libIDL have been
removed from our moduleset.
