Do you really need a daemon? Sounds like everything could be handled by
applications that use these accounts via the library. Is there a point
in connecting to these accounts if no app is using them?
If not, then notifications can be emitted by the app when it tries to
connect and finds the password has changed (which would be done
automatically by libgoa). And the library would get information about
accounts from GSettings and gnome-keyring, without the need for any
daemon.
