You really want to show all the modules which nobody committed to in
over 3 years?

My goal is to show modules which are active, so when looking at a list
of modules, you know it is not something which hasn't been used in ages
(like 'viewcvs-web', which apparently still received a commit in the
last 3 years.. archived it manually).
