Currently UI Freeze starts at Feb 21 (together with 2.91.90 release)
which would mean six weeks until 3.0.0 is released.
The request is to move it to Feb 09, 2011 (which would be after the
2.91.6 release) to have eight weeks.

Any comments from others on this?
