Bumping gupnp-dlna requirement

Hi everyone,
   To whom it may concern (anyone? :)), next release of rygel will
require the upcoming release of gupnp-dlna (due for release tomorrow)
. We're trying to put all API/ABI changes in already so after this
we'll only need to change the recommended version, though we can't
guarantee that. That said, API/ABI of gupnp* (including gupnp-dlna) is
guaranteed to be frozen in 2 weeks.
