It somehow passed me by that we actually ship gst-plugins-good in the
desktop tarballs - so I've never uploaded it to master when I've made
releases. Some kind soul has (sporadically) done it for me. Anyway,
fixed now - I uploaded 0.10.14 of gst-plugins-good that's been out a few
weeks now, and I'll upload gst-plugins-good releases in future.

Those are the latest gst-plugins-base and gstreamer core - the next ones won't be out until April 20th.
