Requesting the minimum version for libxml2 be bumped to 2.7.3 in order
to take advantage of the new element traversal functions which make XML
parsing slightly less painful:

xmlNextElementSibling
xmlFirstElementChild
xmlLastElementChild
xmlPreviousElementSibling
Version 2.7.3 was released in January.
