New GnomeGoal: use GSEAL macro

Hello all,

I'd like to propose a new GnomeGoal and it'd be
great hear your opinion.

The objective of the goal is use the GSEAL macro to detect all uses of
direct access to the object fields  and replace them with a call to an
accessor function instead.
