+1 from me, obviously.
Even if this is approved as a blessed depends, we may not end up
turning Lightsoff on by default for 2.26 simply due to the number of
outstanding tasks; we'll just have to see where we stand when feature
freeze comes.
It seems like a good time to make this a blessed dependency so that
there's more than just Gnome Shell doing JS+GOI when/if it becomes the
default shell for 3.0.
