VteTerminalAccessible - what's the use?

Hi, 

Frankly speaking I'm not very familiar with Atk technology.
Documentation of VteTerminalAccessible says it's accessibility peer of
VteTerminal. What is the use of it for application programmer using vte
library? I was just wondering if I should wrap it in libvtemm, because I
have no clue for what is it. Is it wrapped in python bindings?
