GNOME Shell development info

OK, a little bit of code for gnome-shell now has hit SVN. It doesn't do
anything that interesting yet .... it's just about caught up to
gnome-0.9 or so: a gray rectangle with a clock.

Since there are 4-5 new dependencies that aren't yet packaged or in some
cases even released, I created a small standalone JHBuild moduleset to
build just those modules. 

Information about the building using the moduleset can be found on the
wiki... it's really easy to use and I intend to keep it that way.
