No, 0.6.x is official external for 2.24. My request bumped that to 0.8 for 2.26. 1.0's release is scheduled too close to our freezes, I think.
clutter-cairo, -gstream, -gtk, should all be set to the latest releases of those modules. 0.8.x is API stable.
