GNOME Goal: Remove gnome-open and gnome_help calls

Hi,

Since 2.13.1 GTK+ has a call called gtk_show_uri which can open all
kind of files and can be used as a replacement from call to to
gnome-open and gnome_help which are in the deprecated libgnome
library.

I was wondering if we now can make this [1] an official GNOME goal.
