cairo snapshot used for 2.24

Hi,

I see that we are currently using cairo snapshot 1.5.4 for 2.24, but the
latest is 1.5.20 and according with Carl Worth in the cairo mailing
list[1], 1.6 will follow very soon, and not many changes are expected
between 1.5.20 and 1.6.

So, would it be ok to upgrade the jhbuild external moduleset for 2.24 to
use cairo 1.5.20?

ps: I don't have any personal need to upgrade it, but it seems the
logical thing to do.
