Or for people who like pressing buttons instead of gconf keys, System ->
Preferences -> Keyboard -> General -> Repeat Keys.

Defaults to on for me.


Well, it used to be on for me as well, that is until after the upgrade, fortunately, I looked at preferences/keyboard and got it working again, the complaint was referring to the fact that it got turned off.
