On this note, I have built gnome-panel rpms containing intlclock with
Davids and my changes, available here:

http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=20260

The binary rpms should work on Fedora 8 systems; everybody else gets
to use the src.rpm...
