Hi all,

How comes I feel that everybody will propose his own favorite
build-system scheme where autotools (far from being perfect) are widely
accepted as a 'standard' and known (and sometimes understood) by
numerous people.

IMHO, Autotools are broken but it's the best trade-off for now.
