IMO I dont think anjuta 2.0 is ready for gnome 2.18 - and I dont think
we should gamble with it either - although I have the highest confidence
in Naba and the team and I'm sure there will be a stable product for
2.20.

Strongly disagree, the developer tools suite is in its first cycle,
so what if we dont have a whole lot to show for it ? its a first
step and thats what counts the most, if we have 1,2 or 3 modules this
cycle, I'm sure we'll have another 1,2 or 3 in the next cycle - if
we never start this thing - it'll never happen.
We DO have a good momentum on developer tools in gnome and I even
think that modules that arent being developed much but have been stable
for a while should also be included.
