tsclient's UI is horrendous, and vinagre is a definite plus.

I blame gtk-vnc. Its first use case was to access Xen/KVM virtual
machine's screens, so it's been optimised for high-quality rendering and
fast links. Compressed encodings support is on the TODO list. So a
solution to this use case is coming. vinagre is still great for local
network use.
