Projects that have their own autogen.sh and don't hook into
gnome-autogen.sh, but copied previous code, that scans for
AC_PROG_INTLTOOL to decide whether to run intltoolize, should also fix
their autogen to grep for IT_PROG_INTLTOOL.
I'm sure there was a reason for renaming that macro.
