missing bz2 gnome tarballs in ftp

Hi,

I don't know if this is the right place to ask this,
but I don't realize any other better list, so...

I was downloading the gnome tarballs (2.12) and see
that in the bindings/perl directory there are only
tar.gz files.

There are other directories that don't have bz2 files?
