IMHO it's not that nice to launch an application with it's launcher icon
and look at a totally different icon on the tasklist.
Also sometimes applications launch notification picks up the right icon
(the icon theme one) and other times a small window icon.
To make application icons themed, the app needs to use
gtk_window_set_icon_name() to set it.

So it's only a matter of patching every application to use this function
and as argument the same name as it's launcher icon name.
