gnome-hackers* lists

Hi

It seems gnome-hackers, gnome-hackers-readonly lists are only used these
days by spammers, so do we really want to keep them around?

In the last few months, there have been just 3/4 good messages in the
admin queue, while 100s of spam. And the good messages could perfectly
have been sent to d-d-l, so I don't see any advantage of keeping these 2
lists around

So, can we remove them?
