What about implement this in Fish applet [too]? Adding a couple of
options just like
[ ] Tell me on session startup
[ ] Tell me about message of the day
:-)
Moreover Fish applet shows text in a GtkTextEntry, so long texts are
showed better then in a GtkMessageDialog.
