Yeah, I've tried resizing with other terminal apps like mc and that does
not trigger this at all. Maybe minicom is doing something different. It
does spew a few warnings before crashing so that could be related. I
followed up on the bugreport in
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=163814
If we could get this fixed I think we will have squashed the only known
regression from applying these patches.
